       After crushing defeat against India in their third match of the #WorldCup2023 , Pakistan cricket team is facing severe criticism. The collapse of Pakistani middle order is the main cause of concern for everyone. Pakistan was 151-2 but later on got 191 all out. The departure of Babar Azam was the turning point of the match. Whole middle order crumbled after the wicket of Babar Azam.  Moreover, the bowling attack of Pakistan was also not impressive.   In ODIs, Pakistan has struggled in batting especially in their middle order line up. After the retirement of the greats like Inzamam ul Haq and Muhammad Yusuf middle order of Pakistan is in disarray. Although Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan and Iftikhar Ahmed have shown consistency in past few tournaments to stabilize the middle order bating of Pakistan but with intermittent collapse of Pakistani bating in important matches another middle order batsman is mandatory for Pakistan.
